  2. Impetus for this Meeting • Realization that there is a lack of understanding about the SBDC in Sacramento • Maturity of the CA SBDC • Setting the stage for securing state funding in 2011 and beyond

  3. Meeting Objectives • Awareness of CA SBDC Legislative Strategy • Alignment of statewide priorities and message– “one voice” when talking with legislators and partners • Identify individuals throughout the state that are passionate about legislative activities
