Establishing a good link between real market and regional artisans to live up to their financial expectations.

  3. About our product • We are committed to produce and promote fancy, decorative, eco-friendly household items made up of Rice Straw. Our Target sectors would be:: • INTERIOR DECORATIVES • GIFT ITEMS • CONSUMER GOODS • UTILITY ITEMS

Operation strategy Our Operation will be under the 4 teams:: • Supervising Team (consisting 2 members) • Design Team(consisting 3 members) • Workforce Team(consisting 10 members) • Analysis Team(consisting 3 members) Our teams will be the main resource for the venture. The raw materials(rice straw, natural gum ) are easily available in any part of our country.

  6. Operation strategy The teams will be sharing information among each other in terms of following: • Market Demand • Fusion of Modern Technology • Designs and samples • Quality Assurance • Allocation of resource persons from various institutes • Conducting various promotional events

  7. Competitor briefing • The potential competitors in the market are the companies/units which produce gift items or utility items made up of Jute,Plastic,Terracota. How we are different ? Our products are • Eco friendly • Renewable • Non Synthetic • Rural Employment Generator • Promoter of handicraft and traditional Artisans

Financial calculations • Our Pricing policy would be influenced by many factors as under : • Raw materials • Expenses on hiring Design team • Market Condition • Demand Supply Proportion Even after considering various things, the cost of items would be very much lesser than their plastic or Terracotta counterparts.

We will be incorporating the online trading in near future to promote our country’s handicraft worldwide as it is in huge demand.
