  1. My summer holidays in London

  2. The First Day: When we came to airport in London, we met John. John was our driver. Airport in London.

  3. Later John drove us to the Stonehenge. The Stonehenge are the oldest rocks in England. Druids thought, that the Stonehenge was a saint place, so they did rites there.

  4. In the evening we were taken to our English family. My family was a very nice one. They were 4: a wife - Laura, a husband- Mark and their children: their son Scott and their daughter Melody. It’s me with Laura. She was very little

  5. The Second Day: We met our Russian guide Natalia. She was a very interesting woman. Together with a new guide we visited Westminster Abbey, The National Gallery, The Tower of London, Tower Bridge , St. Paul's Cathedral – the main cathedral in Great Britain. All of cathedrals are very beautiful, but the most beautiful was The National Gallery. I like paintings and stories about painters in the Renaissance. In The National Gallery there are many such paintings. And I liked them so much.

  8. The Third Day: Our group went to Oxford by an English train. In Oxford I saw some universities. They looked like museums. So big and so old. Then we went to Windsor. Windsor is an out-of-town residence of the Queen Elizabeth II.

  10. The Fourth Day: It was the most amazing day. First we went to Big Ben and The Houses of Parliament.

  11. Then we visited the London Eye. I could see the whole London by it. It was so beautiful.

  12. Later we visited many museums: the museum of London, the museum of Science, the museum of Victoria and Albert,themuseum of natural history. Museum of natural history Museum of Victoria and Albert

  13. In the afternoon we went to the Buckingham Palace and saw a changing of the Guards. Buckingham Palace

  14. And in the evening we came to the theatre.

  15. We saw “The phantom of the opera” there. Oh, my God! It was like a film on the stage. It was very beautiful! It was amazing. I couldn’t forget this performance up to the weekend.

  16. The Fifth Day: This day we visited Stratford-upon-Avon. Stratford is a town of Shakespeare. It was a small town, but it was great. Unfortunately, we had a little time and walked around the only street with a lot of shops.

  18. The Sixth Day: It was the last day in London. First we came to Madam Tussaud’smuseum. Unfortunately, I have no photo of this museum. But it was wonderful. I have met many famous people in wax.

  20. When we left Madam Tussaud’smuseum, we had a free time for shopping. We went to Oxford street. It was a big street with a lot of beautiful shops.

  21. The Seventh Day: We returned to Russia. And when I came home, I understood, that London is the most beautiful city and England is the most amazing country!
