  13. DEFINITION OF LIFELONG LEARNING LIFELONG LEARNING: • Learning engaged by everyone of age 15 years and above except professional students. PROFESIONAL STUDENTS: • Those who are enrolled full-time in a school, college or university with the sole aim of acquiring academic qualifications to enter the labour force for the first time.
