  1. CRM SECURITY CRM Security is perhaps the most important consideration in today’s world. Solastis CRM takes security very seriously, and we have many protective measures. Please note security here refers to the access and login to your application and preventing unauthorized access to the system. RECAPTCHA PROTECTION FOR CRM SECURITY Recaptcha refers to the bot prevention by asking some challenge. In Solastis CRM Every login screen and signup screen has captcha protection. The system will try to determine if a human being is logging in or is it some bot. This CRM security measure helps to stop automated efforts of login by bots and hackers. SSL ENCRYPTION The system is securely encrypted using SSL encryption. This includes wildcard encryption for your specific subdomain.

  2. PASSWORD POLICY A proper password policy ensures that users don’t use easily breakable passwords. The password policy sets the strength required along with the number of days after which it needs to be changed. 2 FACTOR AUTHENTICATION (2FA) FOR CRM SECURITY This is yet another powerful CRM security measure. When the two-factor authentication is activated, the system will send a random code to the user’s registered mobile number at the time of login. The user will have to enter this code for a successful login. This way even if the password is compromised the system access is protected.

  3. IP WHITELISTING IP whitelisting is another CRM security measure provided in our system. In this case, you can specify the list of IP addresses from which your staff can access the CRM system. If anybody tries to access the system from any other IP address, then the system will not allow the login. While this is a security feature, it is also an excellent measure to disallow access to staff from their home networks. If you deal in industries related to confidential data, then this might be a must feature for you.
