The Governing Body • 2 Lay Members - Chairman and Chair of Audit • Chief Clinical Officer • Chief Financial Officer • Chief Operating Officer • Director of Public Health • 3 “Management” GPs • 4 “Development” GPs • 2 Local Authority Officers – CYC & NYCC • 1 Nurse and 1 Secondary Care Specialist
