  • RAD was suitable because of the following reasons:
    • A focused project scope with clear business objectives
    • Availability of the data- only data only needed to be reported orderly
    • The decision of the project involved only Ms. Hameedah Sayani
    • Project team was small-only four people in the group
    • Clear technology usage. Use of PHP as language and MySQL in the backend
    • Technical requirements were in accordance with the technology being used
