Important Pre-Convention Deadlines July 30, 2010 – Deadline to Pay Your Booth and Sponsorship Fee September 7, 2010 – Freeman Warehouse Begins to Accept Shipments September 13, 2010 – Venetian Discount Pricing Order Deadline September 21, 2010 – Freeman Discount Pricing Order Deadline September 27, 2010 – Freeman Warehouse Delivery Deadline Slide 4 of 17

Load-in Monday, Oct 4th 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and Tuesday, Oct 5th 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. All set-up must be complete by Oct 5th at 11:00 a.m. Load-out Wednesday, Oct 6th 1:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Load-out will immediately follow the lunch session. Show Sessions Registration Session Tuesday, October 5th Noon – 3:30 p.m. The purpose of this show is to offer supply partners and attendees the opportunity to interact and have conversations while the show floor is a little quieter. While SONIC encourages you to participate in this session, it is not mandatory. If you do plan to attend and conduct business in your booth, please plan to be in your booth by noon. No premiums, samples or prizes are to be distributed during this session. Slide 6 of 17

Show Sessions Supply Partner Show & Party Tuesday, October 5th Immediately Following General Session – 9:30 p.m. This is the traditional high-energy show session designed to be a fun and lively atmosphere for everyone to enjoy reconnecting with current business contacts and making new ones. This session is mandatory for all Supply Partners. Please be in your booth by 5:45 p.m. Premiums, samples and prizes are allowed to be distributed during this session; however, they are not required. Show Sessions Lunch Session Wednesday, October 6th 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Our final session will be a more subdued and casual session offering you the opportunity to finish conversations from the night before or schedule follow-up appointments. This session is mandatory for all Supply Partners. You are not, however, required to be in your booth. Please be on the show floor by 11:30 a.m. and enjoy lunch with the attendees. No premiums, samples or prizes are to be distributed during this session. Slide 8 of 17

  9. Supply Partner Appreciation Tao Nightclub Monday, October 4th 6:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Join us for an evening of food and fun – Las Vegas style! This is SONIC’s opportunity to show you how much we appreciate all you do for our business and for our annual Convention, so we hope you’ll join us. RSVP for this event when you register for Convention. Slide 9 of 17

  10. Show Floor Rules &Regulations Name Badges: Under no circumstances will anyone be allowed on the show floor without a name badge. Please check-in at the Sonic Information Desk prior to entering Hall D to receive your name badge. All load-in and load-out crew who are not official Convention attendees will need name badges as well. Security: SONIC will provide roaming security for the show floor but not for the individual booths. SONIC’S roaming security is there for the overall safety and security of the show floor. They are not responsible for the security of individual booths. If you have any concerns about the content of your booth, security can be arranged through The Venetian. Slide 10 of 17

  11. Show Floor Rules &Regulations Cooking: The Venetian does not permit cooking on the show floor. If you plan on having food samples at your booth, preparation can be arranged through The Venetian. Information is included in the booth kit. Union Labor: The Venetian is a union labor venue. The majority of our Supply Partners are not affected. The unions do not allow the use of any mechanical or wheeled cart assistance to bring materials on to the show floor. The unions do not allow the use of power tools on the show floor by any non-union member. If you need to order union labor to assist in the set-up of your booth, please complete the installation & dismantle form in the Freeman Booth Kit. Slide 11 of 17

  12. Booth Fee Payment & Booth Kit Procedures Finalize your financial commitment to the Sonic National Convention with your Sonic contact. Pay your booth fee by check or credit card by following the instructions in the Convention Communication #4. Approximately 7 – 10 business days after your payment is received, you will receive an email from Freeman containing the link to our online booth kit. NEW: SONIC no longer requires Supply Partners to order and pay for carpet. You will only need to access the booth kit if you will be ordering materials or labor from Freeman Co., including carpet padding, or electrical, plumbing, or food service from The Venetian.   13. Booth Numbers You will receive your actual booth number when you arrive at The Venetian for load-in. Until that time, the last 4 digits of your Attendee ID # serves as your booth number. You will receive your Attendee ID # via email as soon as your booth and sponsorship fees have been received and processed. Slide 13 of 17

  15. Reminder About Registration Paying your booth & sponsorship fees and completing the booth kit does not register you for Convention. Each representative from your company planning to attend Convention needs to log on to our website and complete the quick and easy online registration form in order to reserve your hotel room and secure your name badge. www.coneyconvention.com Slide 15 of 17
