  3. Clinic The clinic features on-site physicians to provide care for chronic and acute illnesses.

  4. Physical, Speech and Occupational Therapy RestorativeCare

  5. Skilled Therapy as well as Restorative exercise programs are available.

  6. In House Pharmacy On staff Pharmacists provide medication needs.

  7. Food Services Nutritional services are provided by full-time Dieticians and Food Service Workers. The Liberty Café features a cafeteria-style dining experience complete with a full salad bar.

  8. The Liberty Café is the main dining room and is for members who dine independently. Dietary staff are available for assistance as needed.

  9. Unit Dining Rooms Each Skilled unit serves meals for those needing assistance and supervision with dining.

  10. FoxholeCanteen The Fox Hole features sundry items for sale and also has a daily lunch special or other snacks for purchase.

  11. Transportation Transportation to recreational activities and medical appointments is provided.

  12. Member Finance On site trust accounts allow members independence to deposit or withdraw funds.

  13. Barber and Beauty Shop Services are available on site at member’s expense. Appointments can be may made Monday thru Friday and walk-ins are accepted.

  14. Dental Dental services are available for cleaning, extractions and other dental needs. Oral surgery is referred off campus.

  15. Lab Lab work can be performed on site or partnered with St. Francis Medical Center.

  16. Guest Room A guest room is available for members’ visitors and families at a reduced rate.

  17. Advanced reservations are required for use of the guest room.

  27. Domiciliary – Pershing Building

  28. Domiciliary has common gathering areas for members and families to socialize.

  29. Each floor of Domiciliary has a living room and sitting area with cable television and a Wii video game system.

  30. Domiciliary also features beautiful porches which provide a relaxing place to sit and enjoy the outdoors.

  31. Domiciliary rooms are private and furnished with bed, dresser, night stand and chair. Each room is telephone and cable-ready at the member’s expense.

  32. Skilled UnitsWorld War II Building Everett Phillips Building

  33. There are private and semi-private rooms in Skilled Nursing Care. Each room is telephone and cable-ready at the Member’s expense.

  34. Each skilled nursing room is furnished with a bed, nightstand and dresser. Members may bring some additional items to help them feel more comfortable in their surroundings.

  35. Bathing All Skilled nursing units have whirlpools available with assistance for bathing and therapeutic benefits. Showers are also available if preferred.

  36. Each skilled nursing unit has a common area for member use.

  37. Each unit has a commons area which features cable TV and Wii video game technology. Washer and dryers are available for members use on each floor.

  38. Special Care Unit -- Anderson

  39. The Special Care Unit is a secured unit for members who have Alzheimer’s or other dementia needs. All member rooms in the Special Care Unit are private.

  40. These rooms feature shadow boxes which depict the interests and hobbies of the members. All Special Care Unit members eat in their own dining room. Activities are designed and implemented with special needs in mind.

  41. A kitchenette and activity room are used for programming and for family visits.

  44. Crafts / Woodshop

  45. Crafts/Woodshop features many therapeutic activities for members, which include craft kits, woodworking, painting, ceramics, and leatherwork. Members create a variety of different projects which they can keep, give as gifts or sell.

  47. Pershing RecreationRoom This room features a pool table, shuffleboard table, large screen cable TV and computer lab with internet access for the member’s use 24/7.
