  3. Enterprise Imaging & Document Management • This service enables departments to reduce reliance on paper documents. • Allows customers to archive and manage documents in an electronic format. Services

Enterprise Fax Service • This service provides university departments the ability to send and receive faxes via a centralized server. • Fax processing is orchestrated via a client utility on the user’s desktop. • Capable of interfacing with back office applications for bulk faxing needs. Services

Enterprise Reporting/Business Intelligence • Enterprise class reporting engine that provides a database independent utility for data retrieval/presentation purposes. • Data sources: • Student Data Warehouse • OMNI Data Warehouse • Various FSU Operational Systems • Currently undergoing an application upgrade to “XI R2” Services
