  2. Investor pitch deck is a critical document used to pitch investors. Remember, you get only one chance to present your idea to investors so make sure you have prepared a killer pitch deck. A typical pitch deck contains below slides: Brief overview of the company: Start with presenting a brief overview of your company. 2. Mission and Vision of your Company: Carefully drafted mission and vision gives a quick insight into your company’s short term and long term goals and objectives. 3. The Problem: You must state a problem. Without presenting a problem you cannot pitch your idea. 4. The Solution: You must propose a solution to the aforementioned problem 5. Market Validation: Present that there is enough market where your proposed solution can work. Explain about the market opportunity.

  3. 6. Competition and differentiation:Present your existing and potential competitors and explain how your proposed solution offers a differentiation. Identify the key competitive advantages of your proposed solution above. 7. Business Model: Now is the time to show the investors that your solution to a problem for which a market exists can have a successful business model. Present the revenues and costs. 8. Go to Market Strategy: How do you intend to enter the market and what are the strategies to grow into the market.9. Market Traction: Do present the current state of affairs. Let them know that you are serious about your Ideas and are not just shopping for funds. 10. Financials: Do not present too much details about your financials. Present a very high-level financials related to projected financial performance. If they are interested you will have an opportunity, rather will be required, to present detailed financial projections. Make sure you do have a realistic and well prepared set of financial projections ready.
