EU. Goals of the Eu They want all Eu countries to have proper living conditions . They want peace and security in Europe and in the rest of the world instead of fighting talking instead of killing listening . They want all Eu citizens to have the same fundamental rights and liberties .

EU • Goals of the Eu • They want all Eu countries to have proper living conditions . • They want peace and security in Europe and in the rest of the world instead of fighting talking instead of killing listening . • They want all Eu citizens to have the same fundamental rights and liberties . What is the Eu all about? When the second world war ended last century ,Europe's leaders decided to work together to solve their problems. they wanted to put an end to the fighting once and for all ,so that their people would have better lives . One way to do this was to control how much coal and steel went into a country so that all the other country’s would know if one was preparing for war.

Eu A few interesting facts • There are 28 members of state ,18 of them use Euros • Euros have one common side and one side to represent the country that they where made in • The EU represent its birthday on the 9th of may .on that date in 1950a French minster called Robert Schuman proposed the ideas behind the EU. • The single market means people, products and services move freely between EU countries. European laws are made by the European parliament (736 directly elected members )and the council(which is made up of ministers from each EU country).the European commission proposes new laws and takes care to see that they are respected.
