Founded in 1896, Wingate University seeks to partner with Central Piedmont Community College to help the community put its educational

goals within reach.

Coming January 2006, students can get a bachelor’s degree from Wingate while on the CPCC-Levine Campus and/or from our

current Matthews Station.

  • Interesting upper level courses taught in small classrooms

  • Highly cost-effective way to earn college degree

  • The Levine Campus programs are utilizing a majority of the facility space at peak times; however, there are times that space is available for additional classes. Wingate is partnering to maximize the space during these  available times.

Financing the cost of private education

$250 per credit hour *

All full-time students attending a private university, who are residents of North Carolina receive an $1800 Legislative Tuition Grant from the state.
