CCISD Technology

Clear Creek ISD recognizes that technology plays an exponentially increasing role in both the instruction and the operations side of the school district.


Technology mission
Technology Mission

  • CCISD’s Technology Department serves 26 Elementary schools, 10 Intermediate schools, and 8 High Schools, as well as the Educational Support Center

  • Over 19,000 laptops for students

  • 24,000 computers in the District

  • 2 network ports per classroom

  • Over 100 Servers (HP Proliant)

  • Virtual Servers

  • All buildings are wireless

  • Offsite storage and disk backup

At present

  • Pilot program of small groups allowing staff to bring personal devices and use on District Network

  • Replace computers over 6 years old for new desktops

  • Teaching Safe Digital Citizenship to students

  • Filters blocking inappropriate content

  • At present the District is equalizing campuses with projection devices and document cameras.
