Authorized Wireless Broadband Reseller- ACD Train the Trainer (TTT) program ACD internal trainer/s to attend TTT program & be certified as WiBB trainer ACD internal trainer/s attend regular training updates by regional WIBB team ACD internal trainer/s jointly deliver training courses to resellers ACD internal trainer/s deliver training to resellers on an on-going basis Step 1 Step 3 Step 2 Step 4 • Certified ACD internal WiBB trainers must attend periodic training updates both in Sales and Technical content so that they can keep abreast new products and technology introduced by Motorola. • Certified ACD internal WiBB trainers must be re-certified on an annual/periodic basis as part of the certification program.. • ACD internal trainers upon certification will work with the regional WiBB team to conduct training courses. • First round of training will be done in partnership with regional WiBB trainers. Subsequently, ACD internal trainers will co-train with the regional trainers. • Any future training sessions will be led by the certified ACD internal trainers. Regional WiBB trainer will supervise the first 1 - 2 sessions. • Future WiBB training for the resellers will be undertaken by the ACDs as ACDs will be responsible to train their resellers. • ACD internal trainers certified by Motorola will train their existing and new resellers on an on-going basis. • Motorola will continue to monitor the training delivery of the ACD internal trainers to ensure consistent and quality delivery standard. • Identify Sales/Technical persons within the ACD organization to be internal WiBB trainers. • Attend TTT program in Singapore for Canopy, PTP MotoMesh and BPL products. • Certify ACD Sales/ Technical persons as internal WiBB trainers based specific WiBB product portfolio..
