الرحلة . أنت وأنا ومن بعدنا الطوفان ، لا تخف! سنرحل حالا ، سنرحل إلى بعيد بعيد ، إلى حيث لا ينالك أحد ، إلى حيث نكون أحرارا تماما نحيا بمطلق قوتنا وارادتنا وبلا خوف ، لا تخف! لقد اتخذت الاحتياطات كلها ، لا تخف! كل شيء سيتم على ما يرام .

الرحلة • أنت وأنا ومن بعدنا الطوفان ، لا تخف! سنرحل حالا ، سنرحل إلى بعيد بعيد ، إلى حيث لا ينالك أحد ، إلى حيث نكون أحرارا تماما نحيا بمطلق قوتنا وارادتنا وبلا خوف ، لا تخف! لقد اتخذت الاحتياطات كلها ، لا تخف! كل شيء سيتم على ما يرام . • أعرف أنك تفضل اللون الكحلي ، ها هو البنطلون اذن ، ها هي السترة ، بالتأكيد ربطة العنق المحمرة ، فأنا أعرف طبعك .. • لست بالغ الأناقة نعم ولكنك ترتدي دائما ما يجب ، ما يليق ، سأساعدك في تصفيف شعرك ، خفيف هو متانثر وكأنما صنع خصيصا ليخفي صلعتك ولكنه أبيض كله سهل التمشيط . بيدي سأمشطه ،بعدها وبالفرشاة نفسها أسوي شاربك. حتى هذا النوع من الشوارب أحبه ، هكذا رأيتك مئات المرات تفعل ، وهكذا أحببت كل ما تفعل ، كل ما أصبح لك عادة ، حتى كل ما يصدر كنزوة . • أتعرف أني فرحان فرحة لا حد لها ، فرحة الإقدام على أمر لن يعرفه سوانا . • لست مريضا هذه المرة وأستصحبك كالعادة الى طبيب ، ولسنا في طريقنا لزبارة أقارب مملين ، فليظل الامر اذن سرا بيني وبينك!

I know you prefer dark blue; there are the trousers / pants, then; there’s the jacket. Of course, the reddish necktie; for I know your taste .. You are not that elegant; yes, but you always have on what’s fitting, comely.
I’ll give you a hand tidying / neatening your hair. You don’t know I like / love your hair; not thick, but distributed specifically as if to conceal/cover your baldness . Yet, it’s all grey / gray and easy to comb. I’ll neaten it myself; then, with the same brush neaten your moustache.
Even this type of taches I love. I saw you doing that hundreds of times. That’s how I loved all that you do; I loved all that has become of custom to you; even all that which is of impulse. Do you see that my joy is boundless this time. It is the joy of doing something known to none but the two of us.
You are not ill this time such that I accompany you as usual to a GP; neither are we visiting some tedious relatives. Let, then, the secret be buried between the two of us.
