OSPI uses iGrants, an internet-based system, to collect data from Washington State school districts for a variety of federal and state grant applications, competitive grants (RFPs), and end-of-year reports. iGrants • Who accesses iGrants? • School Districts/Schools (Public, Private, Tribal) • Educational Service Districts • Non-Profit Organizations • Colleges and Universities

  3. Logging Into iGrants • Access EDS Login screen at https://eds.ospi.k12.wa.us/Login.aspx • Enter Username and Password and “Login” • EDS home screen: • View my applications

Logging Into iGrants • Click on “iGrants” • If you don’t see iGrants, contact your district’s data security manager (districts only) • Other organizations must contact OSPI’s Customer Support at(800) 725-4311, Option 7, or (360) 725-4983 for iGrants user rights Web browser is Internet Explorer 6.0 or greater

  40. How to Print Print one page Click on Print All icon to print all pages together

  41. Notes • Emails sent through FP are automatically added to Notes • Add Notes by typing in the box and clicking “Add” Type additional notes and click “Add”

  42. Notes • Adding additional notes to Notes section does not automatically notify OSPI • Copy/paste note into Email and send to contacts listed on Contacts tab • OSPI may not automatically review the Notes section • When OSPI sends a Needs Work email, the message will be in the Notes section
