ICABS: objectives • To coordinate activities aimed at the development of standards • To support int. exchange of bibliographic resources (metadata, format standards) • To ensure promotion of new conventions • To act as a clearinghouse for infromation on all IFLA endeavours in this field • To organize and participate in seminars & workshops Koninklijke Bibliotheek, National Library of the Netherlands
