  5. The Research Process • Ethics Approval then ask people to be in study • Ask questions or gather stories by Interviews, Focus Groups or Surveys • Decide on Research Question • Tell People What We Learned • Find Answers

  20. For Example RAP2 went through Ethics at UL at Trinity College Dublin and in the Daughters of Charity – 3 different places!

  21. Consent 3 big parts of ethics: • Be sure that people know what the study is about • Be sure that people are free to be in a study AND… • Be sure that people can also say no to being in a study
