  • The endocrine system includes various organs that work together to regulate body functions.

  • Changes during puberty are caused by hormones.

  • Hormones are chemicals produced by your glands that regulate the activities of different body cells.

  • These hormones are sent through the body’s blood stream by the endocrine glands/system.

  • Sleep 8 1/2- 9 hours daily

  • Engage in regular physical activity

  • Yearly, get a medical check up or physical
