  2. AB Calculus • Description • This course provides students with the content established by the College Board. Topics include: (1) functions, graphs, and limits, (2) derivatives, and (3) integrals. The use of graphing technology is required.

AB Calculus • Outcomes • Understand a derivative and use derivatives to solve problems. • Understand a definite integral and use integrals to solve problems. • Understand the relationship between derivatives and integrals. • Communicate mathematics well and be able to explain solutions. • Model physical situations mathematically. • Use technology to help solve problems, experiment, interpret results, and verify conclusions. • Strategy for Success • Practice!
