  15. Featured Presentation IGES Public Outreach and Education Laura M. Delgado López Earth Observations Associate Laura_delgado@strategies.org Laura is the Earth Observations Associate at the Institute for Global Environmental Strategies (IGES). She is also a correspondent for SpacePolicyOnline.com and a recent graduate of the George Washington University's Space Policy Institute. Laura has been an Associate Member of the SATTC since 2011. See separate slide set.
