Another Way? • Take control of QA process • Built accountabilities to customers • Inspection to focus on teaching and learning – one piece of evidence among many • Adjust management style to context and individuals involved • Focus attention on the specific needs of individuals, employers and communities • Show the agility and creativity we need

  7. Who are you trying to impress? • Employers, Communities, Students or Inspectors? • Define your mission – communities, sectors and interest groups • Demonstrate dialogue, decisions, and results • The expert student • Strengthen local accountabilities • Right of recall
