  3. PM Peak Corridor Level of Service (LOS) & Average Speed • Overall corridor LOS is performing well. • LOS E – westbound Northgate Way.

  4. PM Peak Intersection LOS and Delay • All intersections operate at LOS D or better. • Exception: 120th Street & Roosevelt Way.

  6. Traffic Simulation Northgate Transit Center/South Lot – PM Peak
