that is contained on the

EIS (Employee Information System)

mainframe.

what information you must enter.

There is also reference to Pause – this will clear the screen

in the application and allow you to continue.

You must have “Extra” installed on your machine.

Security information
Security Information for a specific topic Click on that topic below now.

Your security will determine which codes will be available to you.

You will not have access to some (Statewide) screens. When you try to access one of these screens you will get a message displayed at the bottom of the screen stating: ‘Security Violation’. Change the Transaction Code and RE-ENTER your Security Code.

This section will walk you through the Log-Off Procedures,

with an example of how the screen will be displayed and

what information you must enter.

To log off press the ‘F1’ Key until you have reached the Main Menu Screen. (Shown Below)

To the right of SIGN-OFF type 999

then press ‘ENTER’.

The message ‘NAT9995 Natural Terminated Normally’ message will appear

on your screen.

Press ‘PAUSE’ to clear the screen.

At blank screen type ‘CESF LOGOFF’.

Press ‘ENTER’ to return to the IDAHO Screen.

The Deduction number establishes the order in which the deductions are taken.

Defines deductions coded on the ‘DED’ Table by specifying applicable coverage, limits and ranges.

Dfi direct deposit financial institution

Before a financial institution is added – it is verified with Federal Reserve that it can receive commercial items. If not it is not added. This directory establishes a list of all valid DDP Financial Institutions ID’ s. This table validates all employee Bank ID’ s entered via Transaction 290 and validates the DDP origin DFI ID field of a pay group’ s DDP Table.

The Table limit is 400 entries.

Contains the warnings and error codes and messages issued by the system during employee maintenance.

Each MSG Table entry contains an Error Code.

*The number of asterisks relates to the increased error severity of the data entered or omitted.

The Asterisks, Message Code, and text will print on employee maintenance and audit reports.

Pos position control

The POS directory is updated from IPOPS Personnel Change transactions. Use of this directory is required because employees have the ability to work in multiple positions.

Contains valid Worker’ s Compensation Codes.

The WCC Table edits the employee’ s Worker’ s Compensation Codes entered via the

Transactions will be identified as Posted, Future, Reject, or Deleted.

Transactions will be available for On-Line Inquiry until Month-End Process is ran. Then the Transactions are printed on report AU445188.

Last Active Date The last pay date that group health deduction amounts were posted.

Current Amount The amount that was posted as of the last payroll.

Displays the employee’ s Mailing Address and Pay Status, the Effective Date of last 400 Transaction processed,

‘210’ Transaction, updated by the ‘220’ and ‘400’ Transactions.

NOTE:

If '000' is entered as company number the online program will search the active database and retrieve all agency information for that social security number entered. If employee has been purged to the TERM File, the TRM Inquiry Screen will be retrieved. If employee has been purged from an agency an * will show next to pay status.

Displays lists of employees (and their Social Security Numbers) that are filling a position.

Note:

To the left of each employee's name is a Select Line. This area can be used to retrieve the 'ICC' (current classification) screen for one of the listed employees. Enter a 'X' on the line beside the proper employee name and press 'ENTER'.

Ipy prior year earnings
IPY what would you like to do? Prior Year Earnings

Displays the employee’ s earnings for ten prior years.

Earnings will be displayed by Year, Quarter, and Gross Amount.

Note:

Term File = 'Y' means the employee has been purged to the TERM File.

DSP will not go back and add the earnings from history. This screen will only have the earnings added to it until it has 10 years worth of information.

Prior year earnings will continue to accumulate until there is 10 years worth of earnings on the file. After 10 years of data the oldest data will roll off as a complete year, not by pay periods as it previously did.

Isp saving bond purchase history
ISP what would you like to do? Saving Bond Purchase History

Displays the employee’ s Savings Bonds purchase history. It will show the pay dates a bond was purchased, the deduction code the bond was purchased under and the purchase price of the bond. If the employee has multiple bond deductions all bonds will be will be displayed under the appropriate code for the pay date.

Note:The Purchase Price is half of the bond denomination. This screen shows bonds purchased beginning with the 01-02-04 pay date and will eventually show a rolling 5 year history.

Displays the employee’ s statewide Tax Information that has been processed through payroll. The SSDI, SSHI, Federal and State Tax withheld dollars are reported per each quarter and year-to-date.

Note:

Out of State taxes will be identified by the name of the state.
