  2. Deseret Towers • 1800 bed-spaces • Seven seven-story board and room style halls • Built in 1960s and early 1970s • Demolition in two phases beginning 10 years ago

  3. Heritage Halls • 1500 bed-spaces • 24 buildings of 10-12 apartments • Built in two phases in 1953 and 1957 • 10 of 24 traditional style halls have been demolished beginning in 2011 • Planning for demolition of 10 additional traditional style residence halls

  4. Master Plan • Approximately 3300 bed-spaces • 16 Residence Halls • 1 Central Building • Phase I completed December 2011 • Phase II will complete December 2013 • Phase III planning has begun and anticipated occupancy in August 2015
