Policy implications • Evidence of increased in public sector spending but limited multisectoral engagement • Alignment of spending to national priorities and nature of epidemic • Proper design and targeting of intervention as non specific interventions, BP and PF are prominent in 2007 spending • Improved financial information system for quality and accuracy of data

  14. Policy implications • Improving implementers reporting and alignment as well as harmonisation of classification • Institutionalising NASA as a part of national M/E system
