Trends • Increase in number of cannabis users • Change in legislation (alternatives to prison) • Alternatives to prison: mainly cannabis users • Decrease in number of opiate users – decreasing injecting heroin use • Steady cocaine use – despite clinical experience, where we see increasing non-problem cocaine use • Gender and age: no difference between 2002 – 2003
