PINOY PERA PADALA is a remittance service aggregator that accredits suitable business enterprises (to be called Third Party Remittance Agents or TPRAs) wanting to engage in a closed-loop domestic remittance service as well as act as cash-out centers of overseas remittance companies servicing OFWs. PINOY PERA PADALA aims to provide small entrepreneurs the chance to compete with the giants in the industry by being part of a nationwide network of remittance outlets. Minimum Monthly Revenue Projection for PPP Outlet At minimum pre-fund of PHP 25,000.00 and cash-out revolving fund of PHP 25,000 an average 22.2% ROR per month is projected. • Assumptions: • 30 overseas cash-out at 90.00 = 2,700 • 120 cash-in at 35.00 = 4,200 • 120 cash-out at 35.00 = 4,200 • Total commission is PHP 11,100

Requirements to be a TPRA • Properly filled-out and signed application form • An existing business with a strategically located store or outlet • Registration as Remittance Agent and completion of AMLA Training • Payment of Joining Fee of PHP 10,000.00 • Minimum pre-fund of PHP 25,000.00 and cash-out fund of PHP 25,000.00 • PC and Internet connection or Android tablet and data line • Printer/scanner

  11. Remittance Process One-time Registration of Sender Teller validates the identity of the sender and scans ID. Teller enters data through the mobile phone and once complete, a SMS notification is received by Teller and Sender that registration is successful. Sender will fill up the remittance form and submit together with valid ID to Teller. Scanned forms and IDs are forwarded to the KYC Server.

  12. Remittance Process Send Money Beneficiary receives SMS notification and the claim code. Teller enters the mobile number of sender and , if registered, system displays name and asks for send amount. If not, system sends a message that the sender is not yet registered. Teller enters send amount, name and mobile number of beneficiary and once complete, a SMS notification is received by Sender that send transaction is successful and the claim code. Sender fills out Send Form hands over to the Teller together with a valid ID and cash. Sender must specify cash out mode – OTC or ATM.

  13. Remittance Process Receive Money Over-the-Counter Sender receives SMS notification that claim transaction is successful. Teller validates identity of beneficiary and enters the claim code and mobile number of beneficiary. If valid, SMS confirmation is received. Teller gives cash to the beneficiary. Beneficiary fills out Claim Form hands over to the Teller together with a valid ID.

  14. Remittance Process Get Cash Card and Receive Money via ATM Teller validates identity of beneficiary and accepts KYC form and photocopy of valid ID. Beneficiary fills up and signs KYC form and provides photocopy of valid ID Documents are forwarded to Head Office for processing of Cash Cards. Cash card is delivered to Beneficiary Beneficiary uses the cash card to withdraw received amount from any ATM.
