There are three aspects to the Certification process: • The online examination must be witnessed by a person who will attest to the honesty of the examination session. • The first phase of the online examination evaluates each participant’s retention of Key information (50 points possible). • The second phase of the online examination evaluates each participant’s recognition and understanding of micro-lessons (50 points possible). Certification Standards are as follows: Outstanding (94-100 points) Superior (80-93 points) Standard (70-79 points) Novice (60-69 points)
