  1. Season's Fine Food Ltd. is a family run business, with Marion and Amanda Dobson as your chef/owners. Our goal is to provide the highest quality food and service using seasonal, local and organic ingredients, whenever possible. Having over 25 years of fine dining and 10 years of film catering experience, we offer an extensive repertoire and variety in our menus (including special diets, vegan and vegetarian cuisine). Having this experience in the film industry we have designed and built catering trucks that we feel are the industry leaders. The trucks have both fresh and grey water systems, incorporating 120 Gallons of fresh water using green line food safe hoses, so tanks are filled with safe and sanitary potable water, eliminating the need for bottled water or transport fill-ups. As well, we have 300 Gallons of grey water storage helping to eliminate the need for pumper truck removal and a 12,000 watt Onan generator (the quietest generator available) giving us the capability of providing all our electrical needs for the trucks and walk-in refrigerator, for whatever and however long necessary. (All cost saving features to production).

GREEN PROGRAM Season's Fine Food Ltd. is committed to cleaner environment initiatives by incorporating the following into our daily routine: COMPOSTING PROPER DISPOSAL OF ALL GREY WATER RECYCLING OF POP, JUICE, PLASTIC & METAL CONTAINERS BIODEGRADABLE AND RECYCLED MATERIAL (PLATES, CUTLERY, TAKE-OUTS, NAPKINS, STIRSTICKS & CUPS) RE-USABLE DINNERWARE ORGANIC FREE-RANGE EGGS ORGANIC FRUITS & VEGETABLES WHENEVER POSSIBLE USE OF LOCALLY GROWN OR PRODUCED PRODUCTS WHENEVER AVAILABLE THE DISTRIBUTION OF LEFT OVER FOOD TO SALVATION ARMY, FIRE DEPARTMENT, AND OTHER CHARITIES

Daily Menu Choices Breakfast Menu : 3 daily changing special breakfast items Plus any usual breakfast items, such as, burritos, quesidillas, breakfast sandwiches, vegetable/egg white scrambles, omelets, BLT sandwiches, eggs any style, waffles, Pancakes, French toast, etc. Hot oatmeal/cold cereal station Toast station Organic Vegetable and Juice Bar Variety of cold pop, juice and water Fresh ground Gourmet Coffee Tea (regular and herbal) Lunch Menu: Red meat Entree White meat Entree Vegetarian Entree 1 to 2 starches 2 hot vegetables Soup Handmade fresh breads 5-7 salads Desserts Freshie (cold/hot daily drink)
