Current Construction • 645 total geothermal wells to serve 15 campus facilities • 425’-450’ deep • 20’ on centers • 624 wells drilled to date • Ten percent of campus parking was impacted with 8 lots being out of service at different times • Two lots remain under construction with completion scheduled next month

  5. Schedule • Project Design Complete – October 10, 2012 • Project Advertisement – October 17, 2012 • Project Pre-Bid – October 30, 2012 • Bid Opening – November 15, 2012 • Construction Activities Begin – January, 2012

  6. Upcoming Construction • Trenching for loop piping to begin early Spring 2012 • Trenching will occur for the entire geothermal loop, but in isolated portions at different timeframes • Building mechanical system modifications will be addressed simultaneously
