  11. Summary Data from special education assessments and teacher documentation leads to the identification of the HOLES in a student’s skills which leads to the GOALS. Objectives are the foundation upon which you use to make sure you reach the GOALS which fills the HOLES. Level of attainment on objectives and assessment used leads to the following years goals and objectives.
