There’s a serial killer back in Manhattan for the second time in the past 20 years or so. The killer is torturing victims and then murdering them. The detectives will not let him get away this time though. They work them selves into exhaustion till they catch the guy and send him in for life and give him the death penalty. In the end the killer is caught and the detectives manage to save the last victim before the killer is finished with her.
