  2. Question One: Mission College is one of several educational institutions in the City of Santa Clara. If we could be the perfect community college to the city, what: • Services and/or programs would we offer? • Would the look of the college be: buildings, grounds, community used buildings? • Would be your expectations of staff, faculty, and administration as servants of the community? • Measures of effectiveness would the community expect?

  3. Question Two: Next year, Mission College will be undertaking the development of a four year college strategic plan. Which of the following strategic directions do you see as most valuable to our community partnership? • TECHNOLOGY • TEACHING AND LEARNING • CAREER AND WORKPLACE EDUCATION • INTEGRATED PLANNING WITH COMMUNITY PARTNERS AND ENTITIES (ex: City Council) • INNOVATION • SUSTAINABILITY AND GREEN • STEWARDSHIP PROGRAMS • LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS • ACCOUNTABILITY • (DATA TO THE COMMUNITY ON WHAT WE ARE ACCOMPLISHING AND WHO WE ARE AS A COLLEGE) • MARKETING AND PUBLIC RELATIONS • EDUCATIONAL PARTNERSHIPS
