  2. Disappointment is simply- “The failure to realize the expectation or hope in something”. An appointment is the sending forth of plans, efforts and organization to see something come to pass. Disappointment therefore is the undoing of plans and expectations poured in to an appointed place in time.

  3. There are times in life you become disappointed in… Others – a relative or friend, spiritual leader, even your own children. Acts 15.36-39 Galatians 3.1 Yourself – which is most difficult to deal with. The reality that you may not be what God desires you to be.

  4. God – because a prayer wasn’t answered the way you thought. Your disappointment stems because others are not dealing with the same circumstance like you would.

  5. The keys to overcoming disappointment are… delays good teachers adjustment obstacles necessary

  6. The greatest test of your character is what it takes to get you to quit. 1 Peter 1.7 “That the trial of your faith…might be found to honor and glory…of Jesus Christ.”
