Status of WFD implementionin Lithuania The transposition of WFD to Lithuanian law is completed 4 River Basin Districts established EPA designated as a Competent Authority responsible for the development and implementation of River Basin Management Plans (BMP) for all RBDs 4 Coordination boards for each River basin district are foreseen for the involvement of various stakeholders into management process Environmental protection agency
