  1. Three Man Umpire Mechanics - 90’ Bases U1 U3

  2. U1, “B” Positions – Anytime there is NOT a runner at 1B and a runner at 2B. U1, “A” Position – Anytime there is a runner at 1B. Basic positioning U3, “C” Position – Anytime there is a runner at 1B. U3, “D” Positions – No runners. Anytime there is NOT a runner at 1B. C B A D If a BU goes out, he stays out. Revert back to 2-Umpire Mechanics. U1 only goes out if in “A” position and U3 only goes out if in “D” position. U1 or U3 never goes out from the B or C position.

  3. U1 BR’s touch at 1B, from foul territory. BR at home plate if BR advances to 3B. Situation:No runners, base hit. U3 BR at 2B (working area). Plate Umpire BR at 3B

  4. No Runner on Base Fly Ball or LineDrive Hit to The Outfield U1 Three man rotation 90’ U3 BR

  5. U1 BR’s touch at 1B, from foul territory. R1 at HB if R1 advances to 3B Situation:Runner on first only, outfield hit U3 R1’s & BR’s touches/plays at 2B. BR back to 1B Plate Umpire R1 at 3B.

  6. R1 only. Fly Ball or LineDrive Hit to The Outfield U1 Three man rotation 90’ U3 R1 BR

  7. U1 BR’s touch at 1B, from foul territory. R1 at home plate, if R1 advances to 3B Situation:Runners at first and third, outfield hit U3 R1’s & BR’s touches/plays at 2B. BR back to 1B Plate umpire R3’s touch at HB & R1 at 3B.

  8. R1, R3. Fly Ball or LineDrive Hit to The Outfield U1 Three man rotation 90’ U3 R1 R3 BR

  9. U1 R1’s tag-up and BR’s touch at 1st from foul territory. Situtation:R1, R2, outfield fly ball, less than two outs U3 R2’s tag-up from working area. R1 tag play at 2B and R2 tag play at 3B Plate Umpire Remain at home plate

  10. R1, R2 outfield fly ball, less than 2 outs Fly Ball or LineDrive Hit to The Outfield U1 Three man rotation 90’ R2 U3 R1 BR

  11. U1 R1’s tag-up BR touch at first base, BR at second Situtation:R1, R2, outfield fly ball, less than two outsOptional mechanic U3 R2’s tag-up from working area. R1 tag play at 2B and R2 tag play at 3B Plate Umpire Remain at home plate

  12. R1, R2 outfield fly ball, less than 2 outs Fly Ball or LineDrive Hit to The Outfield U1 Three man rotation 90’ R2 U3 R1 BR

  13. U1 BR’s touch at 1B BR’s touch/play at 2B Situation:Runner on second, two outs U3 R2’s touch/play at 3B Plate Umpire Point of plate (timing play)
