We know that time is short but we do not know how short of a life we individuals have. • Everyday we are uncertain whether that day will be the last day on earth. • If a man goes on a trip and he has limited money, he will be very careful how he will use his money during his trip. In the same way, our time is very little and how precious is that little that is given to us by God, and how we need to value the time.

3. But sadly multitudes of people enjoy their life here on earth and they do not realize that they will die one day soon, it could be few years, next month, probably tomorrow or even this very day. They do not think about death, and they do not know after death they will meet the Judge of the universe. • The time is very precious, as when it has passed it cannot be recovered.

4. There are many things that we posses, and when it is lost we can recover with much hard labor and with money. But not so, with time, when it is gone, it is gone. You cannot turn the clock back again. Time is offered to us daily and if we refuse it is gone.

5. THE WASTED TIME • If we have wasted time all these years, then we cannot redeem the time that was lost, all we can do is to improve the little time that remains until death. Once death comes unexpectedly then our time is gone.

6. God made you not for a moment to be here on earth but for eternity. He gave you time here on earth to prepare for eternity, and your future eternity depends on how you spend your time here on earth.

7. Think of all the past time you have wasted, more than half of your life is wasted, all the money in the world cannot recover that wasted time. • There have been no precious moments that I have spent in enjoyment, and precious years may be. • How much service can you do for God with in a year? For your own spiritual growth?

8. Look back and see how much leisure time and in worldliness you spent your time. What purpose did you spend that leisure time? Time is holy as it is given by the holy God. How have you spent the Lord’s Days? Think of it seriously, because only your conscience can answer.

9. When it comes to money people, do not spend their money lavishly, but very carefully, as they know exactly how much money they have in the bank account and in their wallet. But when it comes to time many are spending it lavishly, yet time is much more precious than money, because time cannot be purchased.

10. You are accountable to God on how you spent your time here on earth. Every time when you wake up, you wake up by the grace of God, and he gives you time for that day. Then at the end of the day, before you go to sleep check how you spend your time, and give an account to God. When you are working for your boss, you are accountable to the time you spent at work, in the same way, we are God’s servants and we are accountable to the time we spend each day.

11. You, I and each of us must pause and think for a while, we should always remind ourselves that the clock is ticking and the time is passing away every moment. The clock that started ticking from the very moment we took our first breath in this very world, it will someday cease. According to the Hindu culture, it is said that we all have been allotted particular amount of time, to live, to achieve what we want in our life. Time is a great equalizer. Time never sees if there something good or bad, it always has taken away everything without a regard of either.

12. Once it is over, there is nothing that can help. The time does not care about the winners and the losers. It does never care about what a person has achieved in his life and what he has lost. Time does not care about who succeeds in life and who fails to achieve his/her goals. • Time does not entertain any kind of excuses neither it cares about fairness or equality. The only thing that matters is how we lived, how we fought, how we played the game. Every step needs to be taken at right moment.

13. Time does never show partiality, it gives everyone equal chance to win, it offers opportunity but also demands a sense of urgency, urgency to wake up and act at the very moment. We should always keep in mind that time is money and no one can afford losing it. Time has given everyone equal chance to win, the proof of this can be read in history, there are different chapters in the history where many individuals have written there names with golden ink, because they were successful, because they did everything on the correct time. They never let an opportunity pass by. All this is to indicate only one thing and that is nothing but……. we all should take care to act on the right moment.

14. We should be constantly aware of the value of each and every moment of our lives - moments that seems so insignificant that there loss often goes unnoticed. Perhaps GOD knew about us, and he gave us more time. We still have all the time we need. We still have lots of chances, lots of opportunities – lots of days, months, and years to show what we can do.

15. For most of us, there will be a tomorrow, next week, a next month or perhaps a next year. But what we need to know is the value of that particular chance we have got, we need to develop a sense of urgency, unless we wake up, those brief windows of time will be sadly wasted away and we won’t have time even to cry! Once again we should keep in mind that there isn’t an endless supply! So as you think of your dreams and goals of your future tomorrow, begin today to take those very important first steps to make them all come to life!
