  4. LEADERSHIP The process of directing and inspiring employees to willingly and enthusiastically perform the tasks of the group.

  5. Group work In your groups discuss the best Leader you have seen in action. What motivational theories did he/she use to achieve this accolade. Choose your Boss of the group!
