Created in 1997 by Oceania National Olympic Committees (ONOC), Australian Institute of Sport (AIS), UNESCO and USP. • OSIC’s mission is to provide current sport science research and physical education materials to the region. • We are headquartered in the USP Library. • An Olympic Studies Centre. • We are the only sport library that is funded by Olympic Solidarity funds through ONOC.

Stadiums and Blockchain: The Potential • Sport clubs can have their own virtual currency which could be used to purchase tickets, food or merchandise. • Loyalty network beyond the sporting club. • Allow for peer to peer ticket exchange that is transparent and can offer some protection from ticket fraud.
