  3. So What Do I Do to Post? • To “Post Column-Term”

  4. So What Do I Do to Post? • You must update column with current (term 2 grades)….

  5. So What Do I Do to Post? • Then chose Q2 and Term Grades for All Students Click “Next”

  6. For Final Grade – Chose “Average Overall” (** Only term and semester classes will allow you to update Final Grade values) • Quarter 2 Grade – Chose “Average Q2” • Midyear Exam – Keep “(Do Not Update)” • Midyear Grade-Keep • “District Calculation)

  7. So What Do I Do to Post? • Click “Next” and then “Finish”

  8. So What Do I Do to Post? • Visually inspect grades to make sure they look OK…

  9. So What Do I Do to Post? • At this point you can manually enter your Midterm Exam as a numeral between 0 and 100 or as a letter using A-F grading scale in the Midterm Exam column

  10. So What Do I Do to Post? • Then (for full year classes only), click UPDATE button in Midyear Grade Column

  11. So What Do I Do to Post? • Add comments from list….

  12. So What Do I Do to Post? • When done check again…

  13. So What Do I Do to Post? • Then post

  14. So What Do I Do to Post? • And check out the pushpins….

  15. Please email jmills@scit.org if you need to change a grade after POSTing.Please have grades posted by midnight on Wednesday January 30th. Report cards posted on 2/1/13.
