On the list.
There should be 2 plans for FY2006.
The earliest one is under the “pass/fail
System” and the later one is under the
5 tier performance system.
Performance plans MUST be finalized BEFORE entering end of year summary ratings.
Only 1 performance summary rating is to
be entered and transmitted to NFC in an FY.
Supervisors are to enter the summary ratings
under the latest plan which is the 5 tier system
only. Do not enter more than one summary
rating per person.
In this example, the supervisor has correctly entered the summary
Ratings for 2 of his employees using the EmpowHR 5 tier system.
District Directors are to track entry of performance appraisals by
CED’s and FLM’s for employees they supervise to ensure completion
by the October 30 deadline. Click in the box on the same line with
the 5 tier performance plan information under “direct reports” for
the applicable CED or FLM to view their progress in conducting
summary ratings for the employees they (CED’s and FLM’s) supervise. This process also works for SED’s to drill down and check on any location within the State.
