  4. Core Products Note: Complimentary fares apply to the base fare only. All taxes for airline tickets are the sole responsibility of the passengers. Program are available for business promotions only; may not be used as employee incentives. API’s Core Incentive Products: Page 4

Fulfillment Process Once client provides names and addresses of qualifying customers, API takes care of all fulfillment and travel reservations Option 1: Customer receives personalized Companion Activation Certificate (Electronic Version Available) from API Option 2: Certificates sent to client in bulk for distribution. Customer calls API at the toll-free number, provides activation code, and makes travel reservations Upon verbal confirmation of customer’s reservation, payment in full, via major credit card, will be required. All necessary travel documents are sent via complimentary express delivery or email.
