Not only business newspapers, people who are involved in share market online, cannot spend a single day without using the words like 'stock' and 'share'. But, what is a stock? A stock or share is a share of a company’s total capital and people who buy a stock or share become partial owners of the company. The higher percentage of the stock or share you have, the more stakes you have in and more control on the company's activities as well.

  2. Proprietary Trader Trading is something that runs the world and stock trading runs the world of public limited business firms. The value of a stock determines the value of a company. Stock trading is not only buying stocks and getting dividends, it is also about selling stock to make profit. Stock traders and proprietary traders make their living by helping people do business in the share market wisely. These people are only concerned with profits and do extensive research to find new ways of making profit or avoiding loss. A stock trader or proprietary trader acts as the financial manager to a prospect investor and tries to add value to the client’s money. Adding value to the stock or investment of a client is just a part of the stock trader's business.
