  2. Target & Achievement District wise target and achievement till 01.03.07.

  8. Below 30% District Managers may enlighten steps taken by them to achieve the target of their districts.

  9. Position of funds Funds placed with District Managers, utilisation thereof.

  10. OPENING OF DPC Number of DPC approved in the Board, DPC opened so far.

  11. District Managers may apprise regarding opening of balance DPCs against the approved number.

  12. Resultant rice due as on 01.03.07, basing on paddy delivered as on 11.02.07. Receipt of resultant rice

  13. District Managers may apprise reasons for shortfall in receipt of resultant rice within 20 days from the day of delivery of paddy to the custom millers as per the guidelines for the current KMS 2006-07.

  14. DISTRIBUTION OF CMR District wise distribution of CMR in PDS as against rice received from custom miller and remittance of sale proceeds.

  15. District Managers may indicate the shortfall in distribution of CMR and on sale proceeds available with them without being deposited in Head Office.

  16. Distribution of CMR in own and nearby districts Distribution and progress in lifting of CMR.

  17. District Managers may apprise the up-to-date position on lifting & distribution of CMR.

  18. DISTRIBUTION OF GUNNY BAGS 2600 bales gunny bag received from the DGS &D have been distributed as follows. • First Phase Distribution

  19. District Managers may indicate the utilisation of above gunny bags.

  20. Second Phase Distribution Proposal submitted to the DGS & D for supply of 3000 bales gunny bags to the mentioned districts.

  21. The DGS & D agreed to supply gunny bags in the month of Appril’07. District Managers may indicate further requirement of gunny bags or no requirement.
