  1. Role of Muscle in Tissue Generation Recently it has been illuminated by the team of researchers and scientists that muscle cells plays an important role for several subtypes in orchestrating the process of tissue regeneration. It has been revealed by a study of researchers of Jaipur Engineering Colleges that for the purpose of triggering the activity of genes which is able to initiate the regeneration program, a subtype of muscle fibers in flatworms has been required. If there is a case that these muscles are absent, then regeneration fails to proceed. There is the requirement of another type of muscle for the purpose of giving regenerated tissue the proper pattern such as forming one head instead of two. One of the central mysteries have been discovered by the research team in both organ and tissue regeneration and that is how can animal initiate all of those cellular and molecular steps which leads to regeneration. It has been made easy by the team of researchers towards giving the answers by revealing a surprising molecular program which operates within a sub group of muscle cells. It helps in establishing the molecular information which is required for proper tissue regeneration after injury. Biological mechanisms have been studied by the team of researchers of Top MBA College in Jaipur which underlie regeneration in a tiny flatworm and that is called planarians. These worms are specially known for some impressive regenerative capabilities. Each piece of worm has the ability to regrow the body parts which is needed in order to form two complete organisms at the time when sliced in two. Through the previous studies of the scientists, they have identified a set of always on genes and it is known as position control genes. It also provide cells with region specific instructions such as a set of GPS coordinates which is responsible for telling cells that where they are in the body or their location as well as what body parts which have to be regenerated. The interesting fact is that the PGS are active in planarian muscle cells which also suggest that muscles have an important role in the regeneration process majorly. There were so many questions by this discovery such as how muscle participates in the process.
