Registrations must be received by May 31, 2006. Registration materials will be sent to registrant via mail. There will NOT be any on-site registration. Refunds must be requested in writing and received before May 31, 2005. Refunds will be subject to a $20 cancellation fee as well as the cost of any extra beer mugs ordered (but we will send you the beer mugs!)

REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT SIGNATURE OF EACH DRIVER ATTENDING PROOF OF INSURANCE / INSPECTION Proof of auto-liability Insurance is required to participate in driving events, failure to provide proof of current insurance will result in disqualification from participating in the TRA sponsored driving events. WAIVER / INDEMNITY PROVISION - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND SIGN THE FOLLOWING I am aware, of the hazards inherent with motor vehicle events, and I specifically release the organizers, supporting sponsors, Triumph Register Of America, and their respective officers and event volunteers (²The Released Parties"), both collectively and separately, from any and all liability for any and all claims, demands, actions, INCLUDING CAUSES OF ACTION BASED ON ANY ALLEGED NEGLIGENCE OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, judgments, liens and causes of action of whatever nature or character, caused and/or incurred by me, while participating in this convention and its related events. It is further agreed that any lawsuit for claims, demands, judgments, liens and causes of action described above, shall be subject to the laws of the State of Ohio and its case law. I further hereby indemnify and hold harmless the organizers, supporting sponsors, Triumph Register Of America, and their respective officers and event volunteers (²The Released Parties²) from any and all claims, demands, actions, INCLUDING CAUSES OF ACTION BASED ON ANY ALLEGED NEGLIGENCE OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, judgments, liens and causes of action of whatever nature or character, including for contribution and indemnity, which have been asserted or which may be asserted by any party, settling party, person, firm, corporation or business entity arising out of, resulting from, or in any manner connected with the allegations of any lawsuit resulting from participation in this TRA event, including, but not limited to, third party actions. This indemnity agreement includes, but is not limited to, any and all claims, demands, actions, judgments, liens, and causes of action of any other party, settling party, person, firm, or corporation seeking contribution or indemnity from the Released Parties for any sum whatsoever in connection with any of the claims made.
