  2. Quality control of coffee • Check the differences and similarities on normal black coffee and Espresso • 600 µL Coffee + 50 µL 1 M phosphate buffer (pD 7.4), D2O • 4 × 4 = 16 samples, analyzed twice = 32 spectra • Water signal suppression by presaturation

  3. “Special coffee”-buttons • What’s the secret formula of the special coffee-selections? • 600 µL Coffee + 50 µL 1 M phosphate buffer (pD 7.4), D2O • Centrifuge • 4 × 2 = 8 samples, prepared in duplicates = 16 tubes • Each tube analyzed twice = 32 spectra • Water signal suppression by presaturation
