Policy document: Housing 2007-2012 • Studenthousing • 60.000 students in Ghent • 50% stays in Ghent in studenthousing • Only 2195 rooms in homes managed by university or colleges • Privat market: about 7000 adresses • Big pressure on the regular housingmarket • →Need of more homes • Less pressure on the regular housingmarket • Quality is more guaranteed Deel 1: Inleiding   
